I've been playing the "how late can I sat up reading?" game for a couple nights now. It's going to get me in trouble. It really is. And I have work tomorrow, so....

But anyway, today I'm writing about my favorite books. I promise to limit myself to about five or so, but cut me some slack, okay? Words are pretty much my favorite of all time.

Ella Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine
In the town of Frell, a girl is growing up with the curse of absolute obedience, and her only friends are the family cook and the Kingdom's crown prince.
But throw in a greedy father, a selfish step-mother, and idiotic step-sisters, and things get even more complicated. But Ella's been promised that there is a way to break her curse, and she's determined to find it.
So these are among my top books. Have you read any of them? If so, what are your thoughts, fave characters, and best scene? If you haven't read these, (obviously you need to) what is your fave book?
I really love to know your answers.
P.S. I'm also on Goodreads now, so go find me there.
I love 'The Children of Hurin'! I haven't read the others, but I've heard of a few of them. I've discovered a WONDERFUL new series lately that I absolutely couldn't put down--The Wingfeather Saga. I think you would really enjoy it, and it's full of inspiration for authors too, in my opinion. :) Here's a link to the Wingfeather website, if you want to look at them: http://wingfeathersaga.com/
